Boat refurbishment
This 70ft Princess came to EB Marine for a re-spray of the boot top stripe.
Boat repair
After a minor accident EB Marine re-varnished the teak capping and created a new stainless steel stern rail for this 36ft Island Gypsy.
Marine spray paint
EB Marine completed a full respray of the hull on this 33ft Backcove including removal of ex-coat in favour of a new 2K marine paint system.
Teak deck
This 51ft Riviera had a new, custom teak deck built and installed with a change of design.
Teak table
Custom shipwright project for a teak table installed into a 35ft Princess. The teak table included a black epoxy inlay and was sprayed in perfection varnish.
Boat repair
EB Marine completed major repairs to this 50ft Westcoaster including new fiberglass stern tube, epoxy glasswork around hull and keel, with new fairing.
Bow and stern thrusters
Before and after shots of new bow and stern thrusters installed on a 46ft Grand Banks.
Boat kitchen
Stainless steel splashback and teak trims, installed into a 38ft timber launch to house a stove.

Wet exhaust
EB Marine fabricated a stainless steel wet exhaust system for a local Brooklyn work boat.
Stern platform
This shipwright and fabrication project involved building a new stern platform and stainless steel struts to hold the platform in position. EB Marine also engineered a removable stern rail out of 316 2.5” mirrored stainless, rolled to the radius the transom.

Marine fuel tanks
1. Built to replace the old fuel tanks, EB Marine fabricated two new 450L, 5083 aluminium fuel tanks for a 40ft Symbol boat.
2. Before and after custom fuel tank engineering project for an 18ft run about.
3&4. EB Marine fabricated two new 5083 marine grade fuel tanks for a rescue boat. Built to Australian survey standards, 5mm thick and 200L.
Bow sprit
EB Marine fabricated a new bow sprit on a timber launch.
Boat refit
This 50ft Herrishoff required a refurb to its bow sprit with shipwright and fabrication services. This included removal of old rusted fittings and 60 year old bow fittings, cutting out rot in the bow sprit, sheathing in epoxy laminates ready for spray paint with all new custom stainless steel hardware made in-house at EB Marine.
